Capture a thought in seconds. Find it again months later.
Notachino AI is a mobile-first capture app. Speak or type whatever is in your head and it lands in the right list with a title, tags and — when it implies a time — a reminder that actually rings.
No trials and no countdowns — the free plan is the evaluation. It keeps 20 notes for as long as you want.
In one paragraph
Notachino AI is a mobile-first voice and text note capture app. You dump a thought in a couple of seconds and it is filed into one of seven lists — reminders, ideas, tasks, people, learning links, shopping lists or recipes — with a title, tags and, where relevant, a due time that rings. It is free for 20 notes, $9.99 per month on Basic, $19.99 per month on Basic Plus with voice notes, and $29.99 per month on Premium with unlimited notes and AI structuring, summaries and natural-language search included.
- ✓Voice capture in the browser, no install required
- ✓Alarms with snooze at 5, 10 or 15 minutes
- ✓Free plan keeps 20 notes with no trial clock
- ✓CSV and calendar (.ics) export on every plan
How it works
Dump it
Hold the mic and talk, or type. No forms, no picking a folder first.
It gets filed
A title, a category, tags and a due time are worked out for you — by AI on the plans that include it, and by on-device rules otherwise.
It comes back
Alarms ring at the due time, overdue cards stay pinned at the top, and search finds the rest.
Seven places for things to go
Each category has its own tags and its own layout. You can switch any of them off on the home screen.
Reminders
Time-based notes with an audible alarm and snooze.
Ideas
Loose thoughts and brainstorms, tagged so they resurface.
Tasks
Things to do that don't need an alarm.
People
Who you met, where, and what was worth remembering.
Learning Links
Collections of tutorials, videos and articles by topic.
Shopping Lists
Itemised lists you can tick off anywhere.
Recipes
Ingredients and method, searchable later.
Frequently asked questions
Notachino AI is a mobile-first note capture app. You speak or type a thought and the app gives it a title, a category, tags and — when the thought implies a time — a due date with an audible alarm. It is built for capturing quickly, not for writing long documents.
Yes. The Free plan keeps up to 20 text notes of 499 characters for as long as you want, with six categories, tags, alarms and calendar downloads. There is no trial countdown. Basic is $9.99 per month, Basic Plus is $19.99 per month with voice notes, and Premium is $29.99 per month with unlimited notes and all AI features included.
Yes. Voice capture uses your browser's built-in speech recognition, so nothing is installed and no separate transcription service is needed. Chrome and Safari on a modern phone or laptop both work; you can always type instead.
Yes. A reminder plays a looping alarm sound — bell, siren, beep or gong — behind a full-screen due popup with snooze options of 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Overdue notes stay pinned above the recent feed with a red glow until you deal with them. Alarms need the app open in a tab or as an installed app.
No. Without AI the app falls back to on-device rules for titles, categories and due times, and capture works exactly the same. AI structuring, summaries and natural-language search are included on Premium, or on Basic if you add your own Gemini API key.
Yes. Notachino AI is an installable web app. On Android, Chrome offers an install prompt; on iPhone, use Share then Add to Home Screen. Once installed it opens full-screen from your home screen like any other app.
Yes, at any time and on every plan. You can export all your notes as CSV, download your full activity log as CSV, and download scheduled reminders as an .ics calendar file for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook.
Only you. Every workspace is isolated at the database level, and administrators do not see other people's notes. A note is only visible to someone else if you deliberately create a read-only share link for it.
