Free is $0 and keeps up to 20 notes. Basic is $9.99 per user per month for 100 notes, images, sharing and bring-your-own AI key. Basic Plus is $19.99 per month and adds voice notes, 500 notes and 10 images per note. Premium is $29.99 per month with unlimited notes and every AI feature included. Paying annually on any paid plan gets you two months free.
No, and deliberately so. The Free plan is the evaluation: no card, no countdown, no expiry. It includes text capture, six categories, tags, reminders, alarms and calendar downloads, with up to 20 notes of 499 characters each.
Basic covers text notes with one image each and your own AI key. Basic Plus adds voice capture, longer notes, up to ten images per note and a larger storage allowance. Premium removes the note limit and includes built-in AI — structuring, summaries and natural-language search — so you never need an API key of your own.
Basic Plus and Premium. Free and Basic are text capture only. Voice notes use your device microphone, and on Premium the transcription and structuring run on the built-in AI.
Only on Basic and Basic Plus, where AI search and assistance are unlocked by adding your own Gemini key in App Settings. Premium includes AI outright. The Free plan has no AI and cannot add a key.
No. Creating a Free account needs an email address, or a Google or Apple sign-in. No payment details are collected until you choose a paid plan.
Existing notes stay exactly where they are and remain fully usable and exportable. New captures are blocked until you delete something or move up a plan — nothing is deleted for you.
Yes. Plan changes take effect on your next billing month, and prices are per user per month in US dollars. Paid plans can export everything to CSV before leaving.
Yes. Referring someone who starts a paid plan within 30 days earns you a free month of the tier above yours, applied automatically to your account.
